Minimum Order Value
The minimum order value must be ₹4,000 for placing an order on our website.
Token Amount
To process an order, the customer must pay 30% of the total order value as a token amount. This amount will be adjusted in the final bill. Orders will not be processed without the token amount.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Once we receive your order request:

We do not provide Cash on Delivery (COD) service.
Theft During Transit
If any theft occurs during transit through porter, courier, or transport services, BigDaddyIndia will not be responsible for compensation. However, we may assist by raising a complaint with the concerned logistics provider.
Unboxing Video Requirement
Customers must record a 360-degree unboxing video without pause or cut while opening the package.
This video is required to claim any missing item.
Without a valid unboxing video, no claims will be accepted.
Our support team will review the video and respond within 24 hours.
Damaged Items
If any item is damaged during transit by porter, courier, or transport, BigDaddyIndia is not responsible for the damage.

Glass Item Protection
If customers request extra bubble wrap protection for fragile items such as glass products, additional packaging charges may apply.
While extra packaging increases protection, we cannot guarantee zero damage during transit.
Cancellation of Orders
Customers may cancel an order within 4 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
Refunds will be processed according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
If a scheduled order is cancelled, packaging and delivery charges may be deducted before processing the refund.
