At BigDaddyIndia, we aim to provide the best service and ensure customer satisfaction with every order. However, we understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel an order or report an issue. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully.
Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their orders within 4 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever comes first.

If an order is cancelled within the allowed time, the paid amount will be refunded after deducting packaging and delivery charges.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
Return / Replacement Policy
At BigDaddyIndia, we do not provide returns or replacements once the order has been delivered.
However, in the rare case of missing items in the package, customers must follow the process below:

The customer must record and share a 360-degree unboxing video of the package.

The video must be continuous without any pause, cut, or edit.

The video should clearly show the sealed package being opened and the contents inside.
⚠️ Important:
Claims without a proper 360-degree unboxing video will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Missing Items
If a customer reports missing items and provides the required 360-degree unboxing video, our support team will review the claim.

If the claim is verified and found valid, the amount for the missing item(s) will be refunded within 24 hours.
Order Cancellation (Before Scheduling)
If an order is cancelled before it is scheduled for dispatch:

Packaging charges will be deducted

The remaining amount will be refunded within 24 hours
Order Cancellation (After Scheduling)
If an order is cancelled after it has been scheduled for dispatch:

Packaging charges and delivery charges will be deducted

BigDaddyIndia reserves the right to refuse any refund request if the customer does not comply with the terms mentioned in this policy.
